Cost reduction options at BusLine KHK s.r.o. company

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na vybrané možnosti snížení nákladů ve společnosti BusLine KHK s.r.o. se zaměřením se na střediska Jičín a Hořice. V první části práce se nachází obecný rozbor nákladů či charakteristika autobusové přepravy. Dále navazuje popis společnosti a analýza jednotlivých středisek společnosti, která bude sloužit jako výchozí podklad. Práce uvádí možné návrhy, jak snížit provozní nákladové položky a tím snížit celkové náklady společnosti.

Abstract:

The work focuses on selected cost reduction options at BusLine KHK s. r. o. with a focus on the Jičín and Hořice transport centers. In the first part of the thesis there is a general cost analysis or the theory of bus transport. Next follows the company's description and centers analysis in the region, which will serve as the basis for cost reduction. The work presents possible suggestions on how to reduce bus cost items and thereby reduce the company's overall costs.
