V této diplomové práci byla vytvořena metoda pro efektivní syntézu enantiomerů diacylglycerolů (DG) jako standardů, bez kterých není možné identifikovat jednotlivé izomery v komplexním vzorku. Dostupnost standardů nebývá samozřejmostí, proto je třeba si je připravit v dané laboratoři. Abstract:
Because it is impossible to identify isomers in a complex sample without standards, we developed a method for efficient synthesis of standard diacylglycerol (DG) enantiomers in this thesis. These standards are not commercially available, so they must be prepared in the laboratory.
