Tato práce byla zaměřena na zavedení metody stanovení aktivity enzymu cytochrom P450 2E1 v primárních kulturách hepatocytů potkana a myši pomocí enzymatické přeměny substrátu p-nitrofenolu na p-nitrokatechol. Ke zjištění optimální koncentrace p-nitrofenolu pro stanovení aktivity cytochromu P450 2E1 bylo nejprve nutno zjistit, zda p-nitrofenol nevykazuje toxické účinky na hepatocyty v primární kultuře …more
Abstract:
This work was focused on introduction of method for evaluation of cytochrome P450 2E1 activity in primary cultures of rat and mouse hepatocytes by enzymatic conversion of the substrate p-nitrophenol to p-nitrocatechol.
