EU as Customs Union
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Evropskou unií jako celní unií. Popisuje vznik celní unie v rámci Evropského hospodářského společenství, vznik Evropské unie a jejich vývoj. Zabývá se právními předpisy, na kterých je celní unie založena – Celním kodexem a Společným celním sazebníkem. V poslední kapitole je rozebrána role členských státu, především v rámci celního řízení.
Abstract:
This Bachelor´s thesis is about European Union as a Customs Union. It describes rise of Customs Union within the European Economic Community, rise of European Union and their development. It deals with the legal provisions governing the Customs Union - the Common Customs Tariff and Customs Code. In the last chapter is presented the role of Member States, especially customs procedures.
