Analysis of the field activities of the Fire and Rescue Brigade of the South Moravian Region, Brno-City Territorial Department in the period 2017-2021 in terms of the SARS-CoV-2 viral disease

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza, skladba a srovnání výjezdové činnosti Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihomoravského kraje, Územní odbor Brno-město v období let 2017-2021 z hlediska virového onemocnění SARS CoV-2. Teoretická část obsahuje právní legislativu, popis Hasičského záchranného sboru, základní pojmy spojené s problematikou, popis jednotek požární ochrany, typy mimořádných událostí, vybrané druhy zásahů, popis virového onemocnění SARS CoV-2 a jeho varianty a struktury Jihomoravského kraje. V praktické části je popsán Územní odbor Brno-město, analýza dat ze Statistické ročenky HZS JMK 2021, konkrétně se jedná o požáry, dopravní nehody, záchrana osoba a zvířat, únik nebezpečné látky a technická pomoc. V poslední části jsou porovnány výjezdy, které souvisí s onemocněním COVID-19. Tyto výjezdy jsou zaznamenány za kovidové roky 2020 a 2021.

Abstract:

Aim of the work is analysis, composition and comparision of the field activities of the Fire and Rescue Service of the South Moravian Region, Terrirotial Department of Brno-City in the period 2017-2021 in term of viral disease SARS CoV-2. Theoretical part contains legal legislation, description of the Fire and Rescue Service, basic concepts associated with the issue, description of fire protection units, types of emergencies, selected types of interventions, description of SARS CoV-2 and its variants and structure of the South Moravian Region. Practical part describes Brno-City Terrirotial Department, analysis of data from the Statistical Yearbook HZS JMK 2021, specifically fires, traffic accidents, rescue of persons and animals, leakage of hazardous substances and technical assistance. In last part the deparatures related to COVID-19 are also compared. These deparatures are recorded for the years 2020 and 2021.
