Nursing process for patient with surgical disease of the breast

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu u pacienta s chirurgickým onemocněním prsu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat ošetřovatelský plán vycházející z ošetřovatelských diagnóz dle publikace NANDA-I Taxonomie II, které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám pacienta s chirurgickým onemocněním prsu (včetně určujících znaků, souvisejících faktorů, rizikových faktorů, cíle, plánu, konkrétních intervencí, realizace ošetřovatelské péče a hodnocení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivá chirurgická onemocnění prsu a anatomie mléčné žlázy, dále je zaměřena přímo na karcinom prsu, incidence, mortalita, rizikové faktory, příznaky, diagnostika, jednotlivé možnosti léčby a prevence. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči v předoperačním, intraoperačním a pooperačním období. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje ošetřovatelský plán péče, který je zaměřen na konkrétní potřeby pacientky s karcinomem prsu. Na základě určujících znaků, souvisejících faktorů a rizikových faktorů byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle publikace NANDA-I Taxonomie II, ke kterým byly přiřazeny konkrétní ošetřovatelské cíle. K jednotlivým ošetřovatelským cílům byly navrženy intervence, které byly následně zrealizovány a zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the nursing process for patient with surgical disease of the breast. The aim of the thesis is to develop a nursing plan, which is based on nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I taxonomy II, which relate to a patient with surgical disease of the breast (including determinants, related factors, risk factors, goals, plan, particular interventions, implementation of nursing care and evaluation). The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of two main chapters. The first chapter describes individual surgical diseases of the breast and the anatomy of the mammary gland, then focuses directly on breast cancer, incidence, mortality, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options and prevention. The second chapter focuses on nursing care in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative period. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contains a nursing care plan, which is focused on the specific needs of patient with breast cancer. Based on the determining features, related factors and risk factors, nursing diagnoses were determined according to the publication NANDA-I Taxonomy II to which were assigned specific goals of nursing care. Interventions were proposed for individual nursing goals, which were subsequently implemented and evaluated.
