Práce analyzuje příčiny hospodářských problémů zemí tzv. jižního křídla z pohledu vhodnosti přijetí společné měny Euro. Hlavním záběrem práce je aplikace teorie OCA prof. Mundella a Taylorova pravidla na tyto země a na základě rozboru této aplikace jsou navržena vhodná doplnění Maastrichtských kritérií. Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the causes of the economic difficulties in countries of so called Southern wing from the view of suitability of adopting the Euro. The main topic of the thesis is application of OCA theory by prof. Mundell and Taylor's rule to these countries.
