Abstract:
Mnohočetný myelom (MM, angl. multiple myeloma) je nádorové onemocnění postihující B-lymfocyty charakterizované akumulací klonálních plazmatických buněk v kostní dřeni, přítomností monoklonálního imunoglobulinu (M-Ig) v séru a/nebo v moči a osteolytickými ložisky v kostech. Abstract:
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a malignancy of differentiated B-lymphocytes characterized by accumulation of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow, presence of a monoclonal immunoglobulin (M-Ig) in the serum and/or urine, and osteolytic bone lesions.
