Abstract:
Práce se zabývá mimo jiné re-definováním obsahu uměleckých sbírek z majetku majitelů se židovskými kořeny v období 2. světové války prostřednictvím druhotného výběru a sleduje kritéria, která kurátoři válečných muzeí při tomto výběru uplatňovali. Zároveň analyzuje, jak měla na míru dochování konkrétních sbírek vliv jména zastoupených umělců a hodnota konkrétních děl.
Abstract:
The paper deals, among other things, with re-defining of the content of art collections from the Jewish property during WWII based on secondary choice made by the war-time museum curators and follows the criteria they applied. It also analyzes to what extent their particular choices were influenced by the names of the artists and by the value of the art works that were represented in the above collections …more
