Climate in the kindergarten, cooperation with parents

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářské práce se zabývá klimatem MŠ a spolupráci s rodiči. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké klima vytváří MŠ, ve které pracuji, a jaká je její spolupráce s rodiči. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám klimatem MŠ a vším, co ho vytváří a ovlivňuje. Teoretická část je také zaměřená na spolupráci MŠ s rodiči a na vytváření vztahů mezi rodiči a MŠ. Praktická část ověřuje spokojenost rodičů s klimatem v MŠ a úroveň spolupráce rodičů s MŠ DUHA, ve které pracuji.

Abstract:

This translated bachelor?s thesis deals with the climate in the nursery school and cooperation with parents. The aim of this thesis is to discover what climate the nursery school where I work creates and what is its cooperation with parents. The thesis consists of two main parts ? a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the climate in the nursery school and to everything that helps create it as well as has an influence on it. The practical part is focused on the cooperation with parents and on establishing relationships among parents and the nursery school. This part also verifies parents? satisfaction with the climate in the nursery school and the level of the cooperation of parents with the nursery school Duha where I work.
