The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the tax burden of limited liability company in the Slovak and Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on the taxation of corporate income and motor vehicles. The first part of the thesis addresses theoretical aspects of taxation and tax burden. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá komparáciou daňového zaťaženia spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným v Slovenskej a Českej republike. Zameraná je na zdanenie príjmov právnických osôb a motorových vozidiel.
