Analysis of the Competitiveness of the Company ABC

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy ABC. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části jsou obsaženy teoretické poznatky o konkurenceschopnosti a o použitých analytických metodách. V praktické části probíhá analýza konkurenceschopnosti na základě analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy. V práci je aplikována Porterova analýza, BCG matice, SWOT analýza, PEST analýza, metoda 7 S a business model Canvas. Konkurenti jsou srovnáni pomocí benchmarkingu a hodnotové křivky. Cílem analýz je zmapování současné konkurenceschopnosti a vytvoření návrhů pro její zvýšení.

Abstract:

Topic of my Bachelor's thesis is analysis of competitiveness of the company ABC. This thesis is consists of two parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge about competi-tiveness of companies and also about analytic methods which were used. The practical part of my thesis describing analysis of competitiveness based on analyses of inner and outer environment of the company. This thesis also describing the Porter five forces analysis, BCG matrix, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, 7 S method, and the Business Model Canvas, as well. The competitors were compared to each other using a benchmark fraction and a value curve. The goal of the analyses is to map the current competitiveness and also to crea-te some suggestions for their increase.
