Abstract:

Dielektrické materiály rozdílných podob a skupenství jsou nedílnou součástí vysokonapěťových aplikací. Z hlediska spolehlivosti se jedná o nejslabší článek spolehlivostního řetězce celého zařízení. Z toho důvodu je třeba věnovat pozornost zlepšování jejich materiálových vlastností (elektrických, mechanických či fyzikálně-chemických), což vede ke snížení pravděpodobnosti poruchy celého zařízení. Současné možnosti v oblasti návrhu a diagnostiky dielektrických materiálů umožňují aktuálně využívat a studovat materiály obsahující složky až nanometrických rozměrů. Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá studiem chování nehomogenních dielektrik v interakci s vnějším elektrickým polem s následnou syntézou nového izolačního systému. Úvodní kapitoly disertační práce jsou zaměřeny na základní fyzikální aspekty dielektrických materiálů a definici současně řešených problematických oblastí. V návaznosti na tento úvodní základ jsou dále definovány dva původní diagnostické systémy a vybrány základní složky nového izolačního systému. Ten je složen z epoxidové pryskyřice na bázi bisphenol-A diglycidyl ether, nanoplniva oxidu hořečnatého s vlastní technologií povrchové úpravy a polyetylen naftalátové nosné složky. Vzhledem k tomu, že jedním ze stěžejních aspektů při aplikaci plniva nanometrických rozměrů je jeho správná disperze, je pozornost také věnována novým způsobům diagnostiky vlivu povrchové úpravy plniva. V návaznosti na definované cíle práce je navržený izolační systém konfrontován s běžně používanými třísložkovými izolačními systémy s cílem ověření vyšší úrovně vnitřní homogenity.

Abstract:

Dielectric materials of different forms and states are an inseparable part of high voltage applications. From the point of reliability, it is the weakest part of the reliability chain of the whole device. For this reason, there is necessary to take the effort to the improvement of material parameters (electrical, mechanical or physical-chemical). It leads to the reduction of the probability of failure of the entire device. Current trends in the field of design and diagnostics allow the usage and study of the materials containing components up to nanometric dimensions. This dissertation deals with the study of the behavior of inhomogeneous dielectrics in interaction with the external electric field with the subsequent synthesis of the new insulation system. The introductory chapters of the dissertation are focused on the basic physical aspects of dielectric materials and the definition of currently solved problematic areas. In connection with this research base, two original diagnostic systems are defined and the basic components of the new insulation system are selected. It consists of epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A diglycidyl ether, magnesium oxide nanofiller with its own surface treatment technology and polyethylene naphthalate carrier component. Since one of the crucial aspects of nanometric filler application is its proper dispersion, attention is also paid to new ways of diagnosing the effect of surface treatment of the filler. Following the defined objectives of the work, the proposed insulation system is confronted with commonly used three-component insulating systems in order to verify a higher level of internal homogeneity.
