Current approaches to critical telecommunications infrastructure protection

Anotace:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je srovnání přístupů k ochraně kritické infrastruktury v telekomunikacích v České republice a vybraných evropských zemích. V první kapitole je shrnut vývoj ochrany kritické infrastruktury a analyzován současný stav v České republice a Evropské unii. Dále je zde vyjmenována příslušná legislativa a popsány vybrané pojmy z oblasti ochrany telekomunikační kritické infrastruktury. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán stav ochrany kritické telekomunikační infrastruktury ve vybraných evropských zemích. Ve třetí části je provedeno srovnání přístupů k ochraně kritické telekomunikační infrastruktury v České republice a vybraných evropských zemích a vymezeny hlavní rozdíly.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a comparison of approaches of Critical Infrastructure Protection in Telecommunication in the Czech Republic and chosen European countries. The first chapter summarizes the development of Critical Infrastructure Protection and analyzes the current situation in the Czech Republic and the European Union. There relevant legislation is listed and chosen terms from the field of Protection of Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure are described. The second chapter describes the protection of Critical Telecommunications Infrastructure in chosen European countries. The third part compares the approaches of Critical Infrastructure Protection in Telecommunication in the Czech Republic and chosen European countries and defines the main differences.
