Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fluvizeměmi, jejich kontaminací a případnou ekotoxicitou. Cílem literární rešerše bylo zpřehlednit dosavadní poznatky o kontaminaci fluvizemních půd. Cílem experimentální části bylo ověřit, zda standardní ekotoxikologické testy (3 půdní biotesty s chvostoskokem, roupicí a salátem) mohou být používány jako indikátory ekotoxicity fluvizemních půd. This diploma thesis deals with fluvisols, their contamination and potential ekotoxicity. The aim of literature review was to go through current knowledge on fluvisols contamination. The aim of experimental work was to verify if standard ecotoxicity bioassays (3 soil bioassays with springtails, enchytraeids and lettuce) can be used for indication of fluvisols ecotoxicity.
