Construction of international politics in chosen sci-fi and fantasy artworks, politisation and formation of otherness

Abstract:

Cílem práce je na základu inspirací koncepty Labenswelt a Asambláže zkoumat a vyhodnotit konstrukci mezinárodní politiky a jinakosti ve vybrané sci-fi a fantasy tvorbě, která tvoří v současnosti témata až šedesáti nejvýdělečnějších filmů dvaceti let. V těchto populárně kulturních uměleckých dílech je zkoumáno sedm konceptů zahraniční politiky od jednotlivosti do celé hodnotové struktury kladné i záporné společnosti. Jednotlivé koncepty jsou hrdina jako politický vůdce, konstrukce dobra a zla, role muže a ženy ve společnosti včetně hodnocení BSRI, politizace událostí, konflikt jeho průběh a řešení, společnost její kultura, technologie a zřízení a role ideologií. Práce je dělena do čtyř částí. První je teoreticko metodologické východisko, druhá část je věnována umění a jeho souvislosti s realitou, třetí částí je analýza filmových děl a poslední je komparace a vyvození závěrů.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is based on inspiration in concepts of Labenswelt and Asamblage analyse and evaluate construction of international politics in chosen sci-fi and fantasy artworks, which makes sixty most earning movies of twenty years. In these popular culture artworks, we analyse seven concepts of international relations starting with main hero as political leader, construction of good and evil, men and women role in society including BSRI, politisation of events, conflict and its phases, culture and technology and a role of ideologies. There are four parts, first are concepts, second is dedicated to arts and its understanding, third is analysis, fourth comparison and elevation.
