Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice staveb vodních děl a s tím souvisejících otázek. Cílem práce je podat komplexní přehled jednotlivých fází povolovacího procesu při výstavbě vodních děl, včetně povolení k nakládání s vodami. Jelikož se na danou problematiku vztahuje více právních předpisů, je zde také řešen jejich vzájemný vztah.
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the issue of waterwor constructions and related legal questions. The aim of the thesis is offer comprehensive statement of particular phases of permitting process including treatment of water. Because there are more legal enactments deal with this issue there, the thesis put brain to their relations too.
