Bakalářská práce se zabývá mírou vlivu vedoucích manažerů na fluktuaci zaměstnanců. Teoretický základ práce projednává psychologické aspekty chování a styly vedení manažerů. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to examine the level of influence that leading managers have on fluctuation of their employees. Theoretical background analyses psychological aspects of behavior and different styles of leadership.
