International legal framework for war crimes investigations

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodní právní rámec vyšetřování válečných zločinů v kontextu současných ozbrojených konfliktů. Práce analyzuje klíčové výzvy a problémy spojené s účinným vyšetřováním a stíháním válečných zločinů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována potřebě spolupráce mezi státy a mezinárodními organizacemi. Cílem práce je identifikovat nedostatky v mezinárodním právním rámci a navrhnout opatření k jeho zlepšení, aby bylo zajištěno účinné vyšetřování a stíhání válečných zločinů na celém světě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the international legal framework for war crimes investigations in the context of contemporary armed conflicts. It analyses the main challenges and problems associated with the effective investigation and prosecution of war crimes. Particular attention will be paid to the need for cooperation between states and international organisations. The thesis aims to identify gaps in the international legal framework and propose measures to improve it in order to ensure the effective investigation and prosecution of war crimes worldwid
