This bachelor thesis focuses on the company's production management systems as part of the value chain. It specifies the value chain and the supply chain and method of CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment), which helps improve meeting customer requirements, supply planning, cooperation and information in the chain.
