The France Court s Contemporaneous Case Law on Unfair Competition
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současnými tendencemi v jurisprudenci francouzských soudů ve věcech nekalé soutěže. Je členěna na dvě kapitoly, přičemž první podává výklad o francouzské teorii práva proti nekalé soutěži a druhá, která tvoří jádro práce, se věnuje rozboru jednotlivých judikátů francouzských soudů z období posledních deseti let.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with contemporary trends in the French courts jurisprudence on Unfair Competition. It is divided into two chapters. The first consists of an explanation of the French Unfair Competition Law theory. The second chapter, which is the main one, is dedicated to an analysis of individual decisions of French courts from the past decade.
