Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro nově vznikající společnost HEALTHY GARDEN, s.r.o., která se specializuje na zdravé stravování. Smyslem tohoto plánu je ověření, zda je daný projekt realizovatelný. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části autor vysvětluje pojmy, které souvisí s podnikatelskou činností, kdy je detailně popsaná zejména struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se zabývá již samostatným podnikatelským plánem společnosti HEALTHY GARDEN, s.r.o.. Mezi hlavní body patří popis služby, analýza okolí, marketing, prodejní strategie, předpověď prodeje a také finanční plán pro první roky podnikání.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for an emerging company - HEALTHY GARDEN, s.r.o, which is a restaurant with main focus on providing healthy food and gluten free food. The purpose of the plan is verification of the project's feasibility and its competitiveness on the current market. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretic and practical. The first part explains theoretical background of business plan creation, its implication, purpose and structure. It also shows how the theoretical knowledge of marketing, accounting, financial planning and law is interconnected. The practical part focuses on the realization of the business plan. The main points are the company and the product it offers, which is a healthy life-style; furthermore market and environment analysis, accounting, marketing and overall operation. Last but not least, the second part contains detailed financial plan for the first five years after the product launch.
