Abstract:
Bakaláská práce je zamena na opravné prostedky v daovém ízení a jejich souasnou právní úpravu. V úvodu práce byly objasnny základní pojmy a instituty. Poté bylo pistoupeno k celkové charakteristice opravných prostedk a následn k rozboru jednotlivých ádných a mimoádných prostedk. The bachelor diploma work is focused on the Means of correction in the taxation procedure and their present legal regulations. The introduction of the bachelor diploma work describes basic concepts and juridical institutes of the taxation procedure.
