Educating Patients in the Care of Indwelling Arteriovenous Fistula
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá chronickým onemocněním ledvin a jeho možnostmi léčby. Zejména je zaměřena na arteriovenózní zkrat. Od předoperační přípravy až po jeho péči. Cílem práce je zmapovat informovanost pacientů v péči o založený zkrat, čemu by měli dát zvýšenou pozornost, aby funkčnost a životnost zkratu byla co nejdelší.
Abstract:
The work deals with a chronic kidney disease and its treatment options. In particular, it is focused on arteriovenous shunt from pre-operative preparation to its care. The aim of the paper is to map patients' awareness of a care for the inserted short circuit as they should pay increased attention to a short circuit to prolong its functionality and lifetime.
