Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat managementem znalostí ve firemním prostředí, konkrétně ve vybraném podniku. BP bude rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. In my bachelor thesis I will deal with knowledge management in the corporate environment, particularly in the selected company. Bachelor thesis will be divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will explain what that knowledge management is, what it contains and I will deal with basic concepts.
