Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá navrhováním židlí s odkazem na české folklórní dekory. Skládá se z praktické části navrhování židle a teoretické části hledání odkazů na folklórní dekory v rámci historie a současnosti české designérské tvorby. Výsledkem je funkční prototyp jídelní židle reflektující současné trendy v navrhování a zároveň obsahující odkaz na lidové dekory.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a chair with reference to Czech folklore decors. It consists of a practical part of chair design and a theoretical part of searching for references to folklore decors within the history and present of Czech design. The result is a functional prototype of dining chair that reflects current design trends and also includes a reference to folk decors.
