Abstract:
Vědět, jak poskytnout laickou první pomoc při úrazech je důležité nejen v házené nebo jiných míčových sportech, ale i při dalších sportovních a fyzických aktivitách. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis nejčastějších úrazů v házené a metodika správného poskytnutí laické první pomoci týmovým lékařem, fyzioterapeutem, trenérem nebo i hráčem samotným. Knowing how to provide laic first aid is very important in all areas of every physical activity. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and describe the most common injuries that happen in handball and discover the best way how to laic treat them for the team doctor, physiotherapist, coach or the players themselves.
