Práce poskytuje teoretický kontext a ukotvení pro praxi vzdělávacích organizací. Vzdělávání dospělých je představeno jako možný ideál procesu "péče o duši", uskutečňování lidství. Abstract:
The thesis provides theoretical context and anchoring for practice of educational organizations. Adult education is presented as a possible ideal of the process of "caring for the soul", the realization of humanity.
