Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací KIR alel. Cílem práce je návrh a im- plementace nástroje pro jejich automatickou identifikaci. V práci jsou před- staveny KIR geny a metody získávaní genomických dat s využitím DNA sekvenace, konkrétně next-generation sequencing (NGS). Abstract:
This masters thesis is focused on the identification of KIR alleles. The aim is to design and implement a tool for their automatic identification. First, the KIR genes and methods used to obtain the genomic data using DNA sequencing - next-generation sequencing (NGS) - were introduced. Secondly, the possible bioinformatic tools were analyzed.
