Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice spotřebitelských úvěrů a ochraně spotřebitele. Důležitou částí jsou nebankovní poskytovatelé spotřebitelských úvěrů a požadavky, které jsou na ně kladeny. This thesis deals with the issue of consumer loans and consumer protection. An important part are the non-bank providers of consumer loan and the requirements placed on them. In particular, I deal in detail with the conditions that must be met for granting the CNB license.
