Abstract:
O produktu genu pden_4789 z fakultativně anaerobní bakterie Paracoccus denitrifi-cans zatím nebyla publikována žádná data. Pracovně byl v této diplomové práci nazván ferric reductase C (FerC) a bioinformatická rešerše jej zařadila do komplexní super rodiny flavoenzymů. Abstract:
No data have been published about the product encoded by the gene pden_4789 from facultatively anaerobic bacterium Paracoccus denitrificans yet. In this diploma the-sis, it has been named ferric reductase C (FerC) and it was classified as a member of complex flavoenzyme protein superfamily.
