Abstract:

Písemnosti pražských biskupů prošly v průběhu 13. století důležitou proměnou. Od konce 50. let pozorujeme výrazný nárůst počtu biskupských listin, proměnu jejich vnějších i vnitřních znaků i jejich obsahové náplně. Předkládaná disertační práce si v souvislosti s uvedenou transformací klade za cíl zodpovědět tři otázky: 1. Jak se proměnila biskupská listina v průběhu 13. století a co bylo příčinou této proměny; 2. Jakým způsobem bylo organizováno vydávání písemností, kdo za jejich vyhotovením stál (tj. jaká byla jejich provenince) a jak vypadala biskupská kancelář založená koncem 50. let za účelem organizované emise biskupských písemností; 3. Jakou metodou postupovat pro zodpovězení výše položených otázek.

Abstract:

The documents of the Prague bishops underwent an important transformation during the 13th century. Since the late 1250s, we have seen a significant increase in the number of episcopal documents, the transformation of their external and internal features and as well as their content. In the context of above mentioned transformation, this thesis aims to answer three questions: 1. How did the episcopal charter change during the 13th century and what was the cause of this transformation; 2. How was the organization of the issuing of documents organized, what was their diplomatic provenance and how did the episcopal chancery established in late 1250s for the purpose of organizing of the issuance of episcopal charters looked like; 3. What method to use to answer the above mentioned questions.
