Clinical Genetics Of Mental Retardation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mentální retardace, její charakteristikou, výskytem v moderní populaci a příčinami jejího vzniku se zaměřením na genetickou podstatu. Dále se v práci popisuje klinická a molekulárně genetická diagnostika mentálních retardací a v neposlední řadě se věnuje i možné léčbě či zkvalitnění života u takto postižených jedinců.
Abstract:
The work deals with the issue of mental retardation, its characteristics, occurrence in the modern population and the causes of its origin, focusing on genetic nature. It also deals with its molecular genetic diagnosis and possible treatment.
