Tato dizertační práce je zaměřena na metodu vodík deuteriové výměny ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií a její využití, které je prezentováno na třech konkrétních projektech. První projekt byl zaměřen na studium strukturních změn proteinu Hsp70 a jeho mutovaných variant I164D Hsp70 a D529A Hsp70 způsobených vlivem ATP. This dissertation thesis is focused on method of hydrogen deuterium exchange coupled to mass spectrometry and its use, which is presented on three specific projects. The first project was focused on the study of structural changes of Hsp70 protein and its mutated variants I164D Hsp70 and D529A Hsp70 caused by ATP.
