Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o roli speciálního pedagoga na základní škole v procesu inkluze. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem inkluze, vývoj od integrace k inkluzi, charakteristika žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a podpůrná opatření. Dále je zde popsáno školství v ČR, poradenský systém, školská poradenská zařízení, která zahrnují pedagogicko-psychologické poradny a speciálně pedagogická centra, dále také popisuje školní poradenská pracoviště. Poslední kapitola teoretické části specifikuje činnosti, kvalifikaci a osobnost speciálního pedagoga. Cílem výzkumného šetření této diplomové práce bylo analyzovat roli speciálního pedagoga na základní škole v procesu inkluze. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit jaká je náplň práce speciálního pedagoga na základní škole, analyzovat spolupráci speciálního pedagoga s dalšími pedagogickými pracovníky na základní škole. Dále pak analyzovat zastoupení žáků, se kterými speciální pedagog pracuje. Posledním dílčím cílem bylo analyzovat spolupráci žáků se SVP a intaktními žáky ve třídě. Výzkumná část byla realizována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, ve kterém bylo využito metody rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The theme of the master thesis is the role of a remedial teacher at primary school in the process of inclusion. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term inclusion, development from integration to inclusion, characteristics of pupils with special educational needs and support measures. It also describes education system in the Czech Republic, the counseling system, school counseling facilities that include pedagogical-psychological counseling and specifically pedagogical centers. It also describes school counseling centers. The last chapter of the theoretical part specifies the activities, qualifications and personality of the remedial teacher. The main focus of the research was to analyse the role of a remedial teacher at primary school in the process of inclusion. The partial targets were to find out what the job of a special educator was in primary school, to analyse the cooperation of a special educator with other teaching staff in primary school. Next focus was on the analysis of the representation of the pupils, that were being educated by the remedial teacher . The final aim was to analyse the cooperation of pupils with special educational needs together with intact pupils in the classroom. The research part was carried out using qualitative research in which the interview method was used.
