Každá firma má svoji kulturu, kterou se prezentuje svému okolí a která ji odlišuje od všech ostatních firem na trhu a hlavně, kterou by měli její zaměstnanci plně respektovat. Mimo stylu oblékání a projevu zaměstnanců k ní patří způsob vzdělávání, motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců, historie a značka firmy, firemní filozofie, ale např. i standard vybavení a pořádku na pracovištích. Each company has own company culture which is presented to its neighbourhood and differentiates it from all other companies on the market. Company culture should be respected by its employees.
