Social institutions as a option of employing youth from orphanages

Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce má za cíl vysvětlit význam sociálních podniků, které mohou být jednou z možností pro získání potřebných znalostí a praxe při hledání zaměstnání po odchodu mládeže z dětských domovů. V sociálním podniku může být tato mládež nejen zaměstnána, ale také skrze projekty a programy, které jsou součástí sociálního podnikání, připravena na samostatný život a následné plnohodnotné zaměstnání. Tím se sociální podnikání nemalou měrou podílí na integraci těchto mladých lidí, kteří opouštějí sociálně znevýhodněné prostředí, do samostatného života ve společnosti. Ve společnosti je velmi malá informovanost veřejnosti o sociálních podnicích, z toho důvodu je v absolventské práci vysvětlen nejen pojem sociálního podnikání, ale také pojmy jako je sociální ekonomika, sociální podnik a jeho typy. U cílové skupiny je v práci, kromě sociálního vyloučení, vysvětlena také sociální integrace mládeže po odchodu dětského domova. Část práce je věnována konkrétním sociálním podnikům a jejich pomoci cílové skupině. Jedná se již o fungující sociální podniky, které byly pro hlavní cíl absolventské práce vybrány i s popsanou metodikou.

Abstract:

This graduation work aims to explain the importance of social enterprises, which may be one option to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience to find employment after leaving the youth from orphanages. In a social enterprise can be employed not only the youth, but also through projects and programs that are part of the social enterprise, prepared for independent life and subsequent employment. By doing that, social enterprise considerably contributes to the integration of these young people(leaving the socially disadvantaged environment)into an independent life in society. In society there is very little public awareness of social enterprises. Therefore the gratuate work not only explains the concept of social entrepreneurship, but also concepts like social economy, social enterprise and its types. In the target group is at work besides social exclusion, explained the social integration of young people after leaving the orphanage. Part of the work is devoted to a particular social enterprises and their helping the target group. Those are functional social enterprises, which were chosen for the main goal of the thesis with described metodology.
