Práce se snaží vysvětlit a blíže analyzovat základní pojmy v dané problematice, mezi které patří především vnější ekonomická rovnováha, platební bilance, saldo investiční pozice a měnový kurz. Z oblasti měnového kurzu jsou v práci popsány směný kurz a nominální a reálný efektivní kurz. Work deals with the analysis of some terms as for example: outer economic equlibrium, balance of payments and monetary exchange rate. It also describes the relationship between balance of payments and monetary exchange rate or between balance of payments and outer economic equlibrium.
