Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem společného řízení dle správního řádu, se zaměřením na praxi Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže při přezkumu veřejných zakázek. V práci se autor věnuje vymezení podmínek spojení řízení a též odhaluje předlohu úpravy tohoto institutu včetně historických souvislostí.
