Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou institucionální struktury finanční regulace a dohledu na úrovni Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první kapitola je věnována úvodu do problematiky včetně argumentů pro a proti regulaci. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé teoretické modely institucionálních systémů regulace a dohledu. Detailně se zabývá vhodností integrace finančního dohledu do struktur centrální banky. Třetí část je komplexně zaměřena na vývoj systému regulace a dohledu v EU, jeho dosavadní změny i současné tendence. Čtvrtá část diplomové práce popisuje aktuální změny ve struktuře organizace regulačních a dohledových institucí v EU tak, jak probíhaly od roku 2007 až do současnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the institutional structure of financial regulation and supervision in the European Union. The thesis is divided into four chapters, first chapter is devoted to an introduction to the issue, Including arguments for and against regulation. The second chapter deals with different theoretical models of institutional systems of regulation and supervision. Deals in detail the adequacy of supervision of financial integration into the structures of the central bank. The third part is completely focused on the development of regulation and supervision in the EU, the current changes and current trends. The fourth part of the thesis describes the latest changes in the organizational structure of regulatory and supervisory institutions in the EU as it ran from 2007 to present.
