Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje institutu dispozice se závodem, jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy jako obchodní závod, koupě závodu a pacht. Pozornost je věnována prostřednictvím modelového příkladu pachtu obchodního závodu a popisem této operace. Práce se zabývá také účetními a daňovými aspekty pachtu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals the treat with company model and its possible disposition according to the Czech law for certain legal aspects. It examines key concepts such as purchase and tenure. Then, through a model example, it provides a detailed description of the tenaure of the business enterprise process. The thesis also covers accounting and tax related aspects of the tenure.
