V diplomové práci na téma „Úpadek fyzické osoby- podnikatele a způsoby jeho řešení“ je zkoumána úprava úpadku podle insolvenčního zákona. V práci jsou analyzované způsoby řešení úpadku a jejich možné použití na řešení úpadku fyzické osoby- podnikatele. In the diploma thesis aims on issue “Bankruptcy of natural person entrepreneur and ways of dealing with bankruptcy“ is examined legislation of bankruptcy according to insolvency act. Further in thesis are analyzed ways of dealing with bankruptcy and theirs possible using on dealing with bankrupcty of natural person- entrepreneur.
