Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, jaké psychologické aspekty ovlivňují rozhodnutí využít Evropské služby zaměstnanosti. Cílovou skupinu tvořili uchazeči o zaměstnání v okrese Vsetín. This bachelor work deals with psychological aspects of influencing the decision to use the European Employment Services. Monitored group is group of unemployed in district Vsetín. The theoretical part consists of these four main parts: Individual Psychology, Unemploy-ment Psychology, Work migration and European Employment Services.
