This diploma thesis deals with the translation of video games from the Original English language into the German language. Individual interesting genres of video games are described and a comparison is made for one game of a given genre. The comparison is then made between the text content of these games, especially the title of the game, subtitles and synchronization, texts describing quests, texts …more
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá překladem videoher z Originálního anglického jazyka do jazyka německého. Jednotlivé zajímavé žánry videoher jsou popsány a porovnání je provedeno vždy u jedné hry daného žánru. Porovnání se následně provádí mezi textovými obsahy těchto her, zejména titul hry, titulky a synchronizace, texty popisující úkoly, texty s různou funkcí ve světě dané videohry, atd.
