Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití umělých neuronových sítí pro klasifikaci obrazů mozku v oblasti neurovědního výzkumu. Jako klasifikátory zde vystupují vícevrstvá perceptronová síť, Kohonenova mapa doplněná o učení s učitelem pomocí algoritmu vektorové kvantizace učením a neuronová síť založená na radiálních bázových funkcích. This thesis is focused on the usage of artificial neural networks for brain image classification in neuroscientific research. Specifically, multi-layer perceptron, Kohonen map with learning vector quantization algorithms for supervised learning and radial basis neural network are used for brain image classification of schizophrenics or patients with Alzheimer’s disease versus healthy control subjects …more
