This paper is an interpretation of writings by Arjun Appadurai Modernity at Large. In the first instance are analyzed particular concepts, which are content in the book. First chapter is overview and comment to the key concepts. It’s focus on imagination, global cultural flows, primordialism, nation-state, production of locality and neighborhood.
