Visual image in black metal from the perspective of members of the subculture
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou image subkultury okolo hudebního žánru black metal. Na základě rozhovorů se sedmi členy této subkultury z Brna a okolí a průzkumu odpovídajícího obrazového materiálu popisuje jednotlivé prvky blackmetalové image a snaží se najít její typické znaky a funkce. This thesis deals with the image of a subculture around the black metal genre. Based on interviews with seven members of the subculture from Brno and its surroundings and research in corresponding visual material describes the elements of black metal image and tries to find its characteristics and functions.
