Abstract:
Polychlorované dibenzo-p-dioxiny (PCDDs) a polychlorované bifenyly (PCBs) jsou široce rozšířenými polutanty životního prostředí. Jejich toxicita je zprostředkována různými mechanismy. Hlavní mechanismus toxicity PCDDs je aktivace aryluhlovodíkového receptoru (AhR), zatímco nekoplanární PCBs mají odlišné způsoby toxického působení. Zástupci těchto skupin toxikantů mohou negenotoxicky působit na plasmatické …moreAbstract:
The polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are widespread environmental pollutants. Their toxicity is mediated by different mechanisms. The activation of aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is the main mechanism of PCDDs‘ toxicity, while noncoplanar PCBs have different ways of their toxic effect. The agents from these groups of toxicants can affect cellular plasmatic …more
