Definition of the security concept, security strategy and state policy

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat a seznámit její čtenáře a utvořit jim tak ucelený přehled o problematice bezpečnosti. V rámci této práce jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy úzce související s bezpečností – bezpečnostní strategie České republiky, bezpečnostní politika České republiky, bezpečnostní prostředí, zájmy České republiky, ústavní vymezení bezpečnosti, bezpečnostní systém, vnitřní a vnější bezpečnost státu a další. V rámci vnitřní a vnější bezpečnosti je práce v praktické části zaměřena na současně nejobávanější bezpečnostní hrozby, jako terorismus, extremismus, migrace, aj. V praktické části bude proveden dotazníkový průzkum zaměřený na problematiku bezpečnosti a jejích hrozeb. Otázky v tomto dotazníku budou sestaveny tak, aby umožnily současný pohled na vnímání bezpečnosti občany České republiky.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and acquaint its revers and to form a comprehensive overview of security issues. Within this thesis, individual terms closely related to security are defined – the security strategy of the Czech Republic, the security policy of the Czech Republic, the security environment, the interests of the Czech Republic, the constitutional definition of security, the security system, the internal and external security of the state and others. Within the framework of internal and external security, the work in the practical part focuses on the currently most feared security threats, such as terrorism, extremism, migration, etc. In the practical part of this thesis, a questionnaire survey will be conducted focused on the issue of security and its threats. The questions in this questionnaire will be compiled in such a way that to enable a contemporary view of the perception of security by the citizens of the Czech Republic.
