Important diseases of edible tomato and their influence on development, yield and production quality

Abstract:

V této závěrečné práci bylo zpracováno téma významných onemocnění rajčete jedlého, která mohou být způsobena původci z řad virů, bakterií, fytoplazem, oomycet a pravých hub. V České republice se nejčastěji vyskytují onemocnění jako jsou: plíseň rajčete, alternariová skvrnitost rajčete, šedá hniloba rajčete, septoriová skvrnitost rajčete, olivově hnědá skvrnitost listů rajčete. Mezi nejvýznamnější onemocnění z pohledu produkce lze zařadit ta, u kterých dochází k destrukci a deformaci celé rostliny, a nedojde tudíž k nasazení plodů, jako je tomu často u virových onemocnění nebo může zničit celou úrodu, k čemuž dochází v případě napadení rostlin rajčat patogenem Phytophthora infestans. V další části práce byl pozorován přirozený výskyt onemocnění na odrůdách rajčete: 'Tornádo F1' a 'Stupické polní rané' v porovnání s ošetřenou variantou úč. látkou azoxystrobin. Přípravek na ochranu rostlin s úč. látkou azoxystrobin byl zvolen z důvodu jeho dostupnosti pro neprofesionální uživatele. Během pozorování byl zjištěn výskyt onemocnění: alternariová skvrnitost rajčete a šedá hniloba rajčete, a to na obou variantách odrůd rajčat neošetřených přípravkem na ochranu rostlin, zatímco u ošetřených rostlin rajčat byl výskyt nulový. Plody byly sklizeny v pravidelných intervalech sklizně, následně byly vizuálně zhodnoceny, spočítány a zváženy.

Abstract:

In this final thesis, the topic of important diseases of the edible tomato, which can be caused by agents from the ranks of viruses, bacteria, phytoplasmas, oomycetes and true fungi, was processed. In the Czech Republic, the most common diseases are: late blight of tomato, early blight of tomato, grey mould of tomato, septoria leaf spot of tomato, leaf mould of tomato. Among the most significant diseases from the point of view of production can be included those in which the entire plant is destroyed and deformed and the fruit is therefore not set, as is often the case with viral diseases, or it can destroy the entire crop, which happens in the case of tomato plants being attacked by the pathogen Phytophthora infestans. In the next part of the work, the natural occurrence of the disease was observed on the tomato varieties: 'Tornádo F1' and 'Stupické polní rané' in comparison with the variant treated with the substance azoxystrobin. The plant protection product with the active ingredient azoxystrobin was chosen due to its availability for non-professional users. During the observation, the occurrence of the following diseases: early blight of tomato and grey mould of tomato was detected on both varieties of tomato varieties not treated with the plant protection product, while the incidence was zero on the treated tomato plants. Fruits were harvested at regular harvest intervals, then visually evaluated, counted and weighed.
